Eligibility: The West Coast Wedding Giveaway 2022 is open to legal residents of British Columbia who sign up at lizbeddallweddings.com. Entrants must be 19 years of age or older as of their date of entry in this promotion in order to qualify. The West Coast Wedding Giveaway 2022 is subject to federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations and void where prohibited by law.
Official Rules: The Entrant Couple (“You”) must enter the full entry form available on lizbeddallweddings.com between March 27th, 2021 at 11:00 AM EST and July 3rd, 2021 at 11:00 PM EST to be eligible. The Entrant Couple must be expecting to hold a wedding date within the province of British Columbiaa between the period of May 1st 2022 and August 14th, 2022. Liz Beddall will reach out to the Winning Couple personally following the draw and their event date will then be confirmed in a binding contract. The West Coast Wedding Giveaway 2022 Prize will ONLY be made available to the Entrant Couple on the SPECIFIC DATE confirmed in that binding contract.
The sponsor is Liz Beddall Weddings (“Sponsor”), located at M4M3B5, Toronto ONT. Sponsor will conduct the Liz Beddall Weddings: West Coast Wedding Giveaway 2022 substantially as described in these Official Rules.
Agreement to Rules: By entering this West Coast Wedding Giveaway 2022, the Entrant Couple (“You”) agrees to abide by the Sponsor’s Official Rules and decisions, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserve the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at any time at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. West Coast Wedding Giveaway 2022 Entry Period: This promotion begins on March 27th, 2021 at 11:00 AM EST and ends on July 3rd at 11:00 PM EST (“Entry Period”). To be eligible for the Liz Beddall Weddings: West Coast Wedding Giveaway 2022, entries must be received within the specified Entry Period.
How to Enter: Eligible entrants can enter the West Coast Wedding Giveaway 2022 by submitting an entry via the online form provided at lizbeddallweddings.com. As a participant, your entry must fully meet all West Coast Wedding Giveaway 2022 requirements, as specified in the Official Rules, in order to be eligible to win a prize. Incomplete entries or those that do not adhere to the Official Rules or specifications will be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Prize: The Winning Couple of the West Coast Wedding Giveaway 2022 will receive up to 7 hours of Liz Beddall Weddings photography services on the day of their wedding, as well as 500 + enhanced, print-ready, high-resolution images and 1 Premium Textile Hardcover Album to come in the months after. This prize comes at a retail value of approximately $5000.00. The actual/appraised prize value may differ at the time the prize is awarded. The prize(s) shall be determined solely by the Sponsor. There shall be no cash or other prize substitution permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. The Winning Couple shall not transfer assignment of the prize to others nor shall the Winning Couple request the cash equivalent or prize substitution. By accepting the prize, the selected Winning Couple grants permission for the Sponsor to use the Winning Couple’s likeness, entry, and name for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
Odds: The total number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning.
Selection and Notification of Winning Couple: The Winning Couple will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. The Sponsor will notify the Winning Couple by both email and phone within one day following the Winning Couple selection. The Sponsor is not responsible for nor shall have no liability for Winning Couple’s failure to receive notices due to email security settings that may cause notifications to be marked as spam or junk email. Nor shall be Sponsor be liable for the Winning Couple’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winning Couple 1) fails to claim the prize within 4 days from the time the award notification was sent, 2) is found ineligible, or 3) does not complete and return an executed declaration and release within the specified timeframe, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winning Couple may be selected. IF THE WINNING COUPLE VIOLATES ANY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES, THE WINNING COUPLE (AT THE SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL BE DISQUALIFIED, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNING COUPLE WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
Rights Granted by You: By submitting an entry into the West Coast Wedding Giveaway 2022 You understand and agree that the Sponsor, any individual acting on the Sponsor’s behalf, and the licensees successors, and assigns of the Sponsor shall, where permitted by law, have the right to print, publish, broadcast, distribute and use in any media known now or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, worldwide, and without limitation, your submission, name, photo, portrait, voice, likeness, image, statements about the West Coast Wedding Giveaway 2022, and your biographical information for news, publicity, advertising, promotional purposes, trade, information, and public relations without any further notice, review, consent, compensation, or remuneration.
Terms & Conditions: In its sole discretion, the Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the West Coast Wedding Giveaway 2022 should non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond the Sponsor’s control, impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the West Coast Wedding Giveaway 2022. The Entrant agrees, as a condition of participating in this promotion, that if any disputes cannot be resolved between the Entrant and the Sponsor, and if causes of action arise out of or are connected with this West Coast Wedding Giveaway 2022, they shall be individually resolved exclusively before a court located in Ontario having jurisdiction, without resorting to any form of class action. Under no circumstances in any such dispute shall the participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses.
