Like so many others, EK and Benjamin’s wedding plans were tossed around by the pandemic. But undeterred, the pair pivoted and arranged a gorgeous backyard ceremony that they broadcast to friends and family far and wide.
Officiated by the Toronto’s The Marrying Lady, and surrounded by flowers arrangements by local designer Katie Jordan, the couple exchanged tender words under dripping ferns before taking a slow stroll in the park across the road.
Returning to their home, a final few moments on the front steps saw a bottle of bubbly excitedly delivered by a pint-sized neighbour. Then it was back inside for a special first dinner together as newlyweds.
